| MSGP Permittees - Please Read |
|---|
The reporting instructions that are available on this web page are ONLY FOR NPDES PERMITTEES. When reporting monitoring data required by the 2008 Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity ("MSGP"), please refer to the reporting instructions contained in Part 7.1 of the 2008 MSGP. |
| Use NetDMR to Submit DMRs Electronically |
NPDES permittees in MA and NH may submit DMRs electronically using NetDMR, a web-based tool. For more information, visit our NetDMR website. |
| The DMR Instructions for 2010 will be refreshed with the following changes. U.S. EPA has moved and no longer has a P.O. Box for the DMRs and Reports. See below for our new address. |
The 2010 mailing includes a pamphlet (PDF) (2 pp, 223K, about PDF) for NetDMR. NOTE: |
The instructions should be carefully reviewed in order to ensure accuracy in reporting and submitting the DMRs to the U.S. EPA and the appropriate state agency.
These instructions are for the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire which are not delegated the authority for the NPDES program in Region 1 New England.
The facilities in New England (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, and VT) with SLUDGE reporting requirements should see Chapter 1, Section 9d of the instructions. The states of Maine and Vermont will continue to use the PCS data system.
After the DMR has been properly completed, it must be signed by a principal executive officer or authorized agent. The original, signed and dated DMR must then be mailed, prior to the due date specified in your National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, to:
Water Enforcement
OES4-SMR
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
5 Post Office Square, Suite 100
Boston, MA 02109-3912
Please be sure to submit the signed original DMR to the U.S. EPA.
