  Open to EPA Region 1 Employees - Candidates for these positions are being recruited from among current employees of EPA Region 1, New England only.

• Vacancy Announcements open to All Federal Employees
  Positions Open to All Federal Employees - Candidates for these positions are being recruited from among current federal employees, former federal employees with reinstatement eligibility, 30% disabled veterans, qualified handicapped employees and others eligible for non competitive appointment. Candidates eligible for consideration under the Inter-agency Career Transition Assistance Program (ICTAP) in the local commuting area may apply for these announcements. Veterans who are preference eligibles or who have been separated from the armed forces under honorable conditions after 3 years or more of service also may apply.

  Positions Open to All U.S. Citizens - Candidates for these positions must be U.S. citizens. They do not have to be or have been federal employees although federal employees may apply.
