Overview
The Recovery Act provides $4 billion to Clean Water State Revolving Fund Programs (CWSRF) and $2 billion to Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Programs (DWSRF) to create jobs and provide affordable funding for wastewater and drinking water projects.  Twenty percent of the funds are to be used for projects that incorporate green infrastructure, water or energy efficiency, or other environmentally innovative activities.
