The Fuel Stabilizer, widely advertised as reducing  vehicle emissions and improving fuel mileage, was tested by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and found to have no effect on either.The device is manufactured by Inset Industries of Oakland, New Jersey.
