AOL USERS
Region 3 uses various technologies that enhance your visit to our site. For example: forms, tables, pdfs, cascading style sheets, etc. We realize, however, that these "extras" may cause problems for some AOL users.
GET YOUR UP-TO-DATE WEB BROWSER - FREE!
You can get an up-to-date Web browser, such as Netscape Communicator 7.2 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 as a free add-on to your current AOL system. To do this, Use Keyword: Netscape or Keyword: Microsoft from the America Online main menu. You will be able to download a complimentary Web browser that will bring you the latest and most convenient World Wide Web browser technology.
OTHER PROBLEMS
It is also possible that you are having other problems on our site. For
example, when trying to view a Portable Document File [PDF] you will need
the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The acrobat reader is freeware.

If you are encountering problems, you may be using an out-of-date version of AOL and the America Online web browser - and, it may be time to consider an upgrade. If you are a Windows user using AOL version 2.5 for Windows, or you are a MAC user using version 2.6 or 2.7 for MAC, you can get a free software upgrade on AOL [KEYWORD: UPGRADE].
Downloading AOL 5.0. or later versions will enhance AOL's speed and layout. These versions include a new Web browser that is specially geared toward AOL users. Once you install AOL 5.0 or later versions, Region 3 and the rest of the Web will look and work better for you.
AOL 5.0 client is available for Windows95/98/Macintosh. Windows 3.1 users
can only upgrade to AOL 3.0. For more information about the latest version
