Enforcement Terms
- CACO - Consent Agreement / Compliance Order (no longer used - See CAFO)
- CAFO - Consent Agreement / Final Order. Under 40 CFR Part 22, revised 7/23/99, the term "Final Order" is now used to designate the document in which the EPA and the Respondent settle an administrative action.
- NOD - Notice of Determination
- NON - Notice of Non-Compliance
- NOV - Notice of Violation
- SEP - Supplemental Environmental Projects
