From I-20: East on I-20 to Conyers (From Airport take I-285 East to I-20). Highway 138 North to Monroe. Reach Highway 78 and travel East to Highway 316. (See directions below for Hwy 316).

From I-85: Take I-85 North through Atlanta to Highway 316. (See directions below for Hwy 316).

From Highway 316 (Athens Area): Take Highway 316 East to Loop 10 (Athens Bypass). Take Loop 10 East to College Station Road. Travel East on College Station Road. Turn right into the EPA entrance at 980 College Station Road. Follow the signs to the Region 4 Laboratory.
