Tribal Programs
Region 4 Tribes, eligible to receive Section 319 of the Clean Water Act awards, may apply for grants to assist in implementing approved nonpoint source (NPS) management programs. The primary goal of the NPS management program is to control NPS pollution (polluted runoff) as identified in the Tribe's NPS assessment report and management program.
