30 Day Public Comment Period
EPA will accept written and verbal comments on the legal agreement until Tuesday, July 31. Copies of the full legal agreement can be found at the Henry Ford Community College, Eshleman Library, 5101 Evergreen Road, Dearborn. Verbal comments should be directed toward members of the EPA team listed on the (right).
If requested by the public, the following will be available:
Open House
EPA and state agency representatives would be available to explain and answer questions one-on-one about the legal agreement as well as site related activities. As this session is informal, a court reporter will not be present.
Public Meeting
EPA could hold a public meeting later the same day (or another day) to explain and answer questions about the legal agreement. A court reporter will be present to record all comments.
