Use bookmarks
When the PDF opens, a bookmarks pane should appear on the left-hand side. Scroll through the list of bookmarks and click on the title of the news release you want to read. The right-hand pane will jump to the correct page.
Search for text
- Click the Search button (it looks like a pair of binoculars):
- A window or pane will open where you can type in a word or phrase to search for.
- NOTE: Older versions of the Adobe Reader may use the word Find instead of Search.
