This is a guide to the staff attorneys in the Region 5 Office of Regional Counsel (ORC) whose experience and background enable them to provide expert counseling on specific topics or subject areas. In each instance, the designated expert for that topic is listed first and any designated alternates follow. Because most of the subjects that will be of interest to you will fall under one or more environmental statute, this guide is organized by general subject categories.
