The Office of Regional Counsel’s enforcement reports contain information on Region 5 enforcement actions and are organized by fiscal year (October 1- September 30).

Annual Enforcement Reports are organized by results obtained from enforcement actions and compliance activities including these results for each state in the Region. Results contained in the SEP, IR, and Penalties Reports are organized by fiscal year, statute, case or site name. Results contained in the multi-year Comparative Reports and Fact Sheets analyze trends in penalties assessed, SEPs and IR including the number and dollar value of these cases per fiscal year.
