Enforcement And Compliance History Online (ECHO) - Use ECHO to determine whether
- Compliance inspections have been conducted by EPA or state/local governments
- Violations were detected
- Enforcement actions were taken and penalties were assessed in response to environmental law violations
December 2011: Region 5 no longer publishes reports from RCRAInfo
because you can get the information yourself from the RCRAInfo database.
Get RCRA information for all sites (State & Federal) from the National RCRA Database (RCRAInfo)
- Search RCRAInfo yourself - For Region 5 data, select Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin.
- About the RCRAInfo database
