Clarification Regarding EDS Permit Termination Date: While EPA Region 5's decision is final as of the date of this response to comments, it does not become effective until 30 days after the notice of the termination decision is received by EDS and the persons who submitted comments. If EPA Region 5's decision is appealed to the Environmental Appeals Board, the effective date of the decision is stayed until the Environmental Appeals Board makes its determination.
