Section 15 of the Agreement provides that the Agreement may be amended by an instrument in writing executed by the Grantor, the Trustee and the Regional Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Such authority to execute such amendments has been duly delegated from the Regional Administrator to the Underground Injection Control Branch Chief. As provided in Section 2 of the Agreement, Schedule A identifies the wells and facilities to be covered by the Agreement. Schedule A is hereby amended to modify identification of the wells and facilities covered by the Agreement. Schedule A, attached to this agreement, is the sole and complete listing of all wells and facilities covered by the Agreement.
