Land Ban Exemption for ArcelorMittal Burns Harbor, LLC

EPA proposes to renew the Land Ban Exemption previously granted to ArcelorMittal Burns Harbor, LLC in Burns Harbor, Indiana.  The renewal will allow ArcelorMittal Burns Harbor, LLC to inject waste fluid into one additional Class I injection well.
EPA is accepting written comments on the proposed renewal until Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014.

Ohio

Vickery Environmental, Inc.

EPA proposes to renew the Land Ban Exemption previously granted to Vickery Environmental, Inc. (VEI) in Vickery, Ohio. The exemption will allow VEI to continue injecting hazardous waste fluid into existing Class I injection wells. 

EPA will hold an open house and formal public hearing Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015 at the Townsend Township Volunteer Fire Department, 5076 County Road 247, Vickery, Ohio.
EPA is accepting written comments on the proposed exemption until Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015.
