Air/Toxics Enforcement works with state, local and tribal governments, other federal agencies, businesses and community groups to implement and enforce the Clean Air Act regulations.
Hazardous Waste Enforcement provides guidance on all aspects of managing hazardous wastes and chemical substances; and assures compliance with the regulations set forth for treating, storing and disposal of hazardous wastes including federal facilities.
Water Enforcement assures compliance and takes appropriate enforcement action against facilities for violations of the Clean Water and Safe Drinking Water acts, including concentrated animal feed lots and stormwater. Strategic Planning and Analyses performs analyses to support compliance and enforcement activities in the South Central Region; environmental assessments are also performed under the National Environmental Policy Act and more.
