Ambient Toxicity Monitoring Program
|
Acknowledgements
Willie Lane developed the original project plan and sampling protocols, coordinated site selection and sample collection among the agencies, and developed the original dBase III database. Philip Crocker deserves recognition for the original monitoring program concept and initial development. Paul Koska helped to acquire station location data. State, Tribal, and local agency environmental monitoring staff that collect water and sediment samples for toxicity testing also deserve recognition -- more than 50 have participated in the program by collecting samples or coordinating site selection and sample delivery to the lab. We also thank Philip Crocker, Phillip Jennings, Wren Stenger, and Jack Ferguson, Region 6, for review and comment on this report and an earlier edition. In addition, Stephen Twidwell and Cassy Shaukut, Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission, conducted an extensive review of the original report and data collected by the State of Texas. Mike Schaub has assumed responsibility for managing the monitoring program. Nicolas Brescia provided assistance in the conversion of the program report into HTML format. |
