Kansas Department of Health and Environment's 2009 Ambient Air Monitoring Plan for Airborne Lead (Pb)
On October 15, 2009, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) posted revisions to its proposed 2009 Ambient Air Monitoring Plan for Airborne Lead on the KDHE Web site. You can download the 2009-2010 Annual Monitoring Plan (PDF) (5pp, 27K About PDF).
The revised 2009 Lead Plan was posted on KDHE's Web site
on October 15, 2009, and can be downloaded from that Web site. KDHE is taking public comments on the revised version no later than close of business on November 13, 2009.
Information on how to submit comments to KDHE can be found at the above KDHE Web site. EPA will also accept public comments. Only comments regarding the revised 2009 Ambient Air Monitoring Plan for Airborne Lead will be considered. Comments may be e-mailed to Gina Grier at grier.gina@epa.gov or sent via regular mail to Gina Grier, EPA Region 7, AWMD/APDB, 901 N. 5th Street, Kansas City, KS 66101. Comments sent to EPA must be submitted or postmarked by November 30, 2009, to be considered.
