Lost Creek In Situ Uranium Recovery Rad NESHAPs Construction Approval: Notice of Approval
On December 20, 2011, EPA issued a Construction Approval under the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs) to Ur-Energy USA Inc. for their proposed Lost Creek In Situ Recovery (ISR) facility in Sweetwater County, WY. EPA’s Approval allows for construction of the Lost Creek ISR holding ponds, each less than one acre in area.
