Promoting Sustainable Practices for Colorado Businesses
EPA is cosponsoring a series of one-day workshops to help Colorado businesses share and adopt sustainable business practices. Partners in this effort include the City and County of Denver, Greenprint Denver, the Alliance for Sustainable Colorado, the Colorado Alliance of Sustainable Business Associations (CASBA) and the Denver 2008 Host Committee.
Participating businesses have the opportunity to be listed in the Green
Vendor Directory
compiled in anticipation of the 2008 Denver Democratic
National Convention. The purpose of this directory is to provide residents and
visitors to the Denver area with a lasting, easily accessible reference to businesses
that have committed to sustainable business practices. To qualify for listing,
participants are expected to commit to specific green practices outlined in
Action Plans. More details on these plans can be found below.
