EPA Headquarters, Office of Federal Activities (OFA), prepares national guidance on EISs, oversees the filing and formal public comment period of each EIS, and publishes a summary and rating of EPA's review for each draft EIS. Links included in the EPA Office of Federal Activities are as follows:
