Generally, all pesticides that are distributed or sold in the United States must be registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP). Pesticides include herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, rodenticides and repellants, as well as some disinfectants.
Contact the OPP to obtain information regarding the Pesticide Product Labeling System (PPLS).
