Public Notice Distribution List

Members of the public who are interested in receiving notices and other information regarding air permits issued by EPA may use this page to join our e-mail distribution lists. To join the list, complete these steps:

1. Enter your contact information in the form below.
2. Indicate which permits you are interested in.
3. Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

To unsubscribe from the list, send an e-mail to R9AirPermits@epa.gov (R9AirPermits@epa.gov). When sending a request to unsubscribe, please use the email you wish to have removed from our distribution list.

For example, you can choose by county, state, tribal land, or by a specific project.

For assistance in determining which geographic areas to select, use the following resources:

Selecting a county will sign you up to receive notices regarding permits in that county only.

Selecting a state will sign you up to receive notices regarding all permits in that state.

Specifying a tribal area will sign you up to receive notices on all tribal land with the borders of the state indicator.

 

Specifying a project will sign you up to receive notices for only that project.

If an air permit was previously listed here, it is possible that the PSD program authority has been transferred to the specific air pollution control district (District) with permitting jurisdiction. As the new permitting authority, the District is responsible for providing instructions to the public on how to comment on air permits.
