American Heritage Rivers Cover Sheet for Nomination Packet
To be considered, nomination packages must be received by 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on December 10, 1997.
The nomination package consists of
1. Nomination cover sheet
2. Responses to items one through four
3. Any letters of endorsement
You Can Now Email Your Nomination Package
Electronic submissions should be attached to e-mail and sent to
http://yosemite.epa.gov/water/ahdisc.nsf/email?openform.
If sending the nomination form electronically, you must also complete
and mail, via the postal system, the cover sheet along with any letters of endorsement.

Facsimile (FAX) of nomination packages will be accepted. Fax to (202)
456-6546. If faxing, you must also complete and mail the cover sheet
