Public Transportation and Green Commute

With a campus located in a decentralized metropolitan area, EPA has placed a high priority on helping employees make good commuter choices. Reserved parking for carpoolers, a public transit stop at the front door, bike racks, shower facilities, and other measures encourage EPA staff to travel a little "greener." Monthly bus and vanpool passes are subsidized for employees under the Clean Air Act, and registered alternative transportation users are eligible for a guaranteed taxi ride home.

EPA's motor pool includes this new, hybrid vehicle.
