Operations Systems Staff
The Operations Systems Staff (OSS) provides a focal point for
Automated Data Processing (ADP) support for all business applications supporting the Office
of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of the Comptroller,
Financial Services Division. This includes:
- Contract Payment System (CPS) which supports the RTP-FMC's national mission of processing all of EPA's contract payments
- Small Purchase Information Tracking System (SPITS) application which supports the financial management center's local mission of making commodity payments
