Office of Administration & Resources Management
The Office of Administration and Resources Management-RTP (OARM-RTP),
under the supervision of a Director, provides services to all of the programs and activities at RTP.
The major functions of the Office include:
- human resources/personnel services
- energy conservation
- library and other services
- information resources and telecommunications services
- general administrative services
- safety and security
- property and supply
- printing and distribution
The Director, OARM-RTP, supervises the Divisions of Facilities Management, Information
Resources Management, and Human Resources Management.
The Director also serves as the point of presence (contact) for OCFO/FMD/RTP Financial
Management Center, OEI/National Computer Center, and OAM/RTP Procurement Operations Division
relative to building management issues for RTP. In addition, the Director, OARM-RTP, is
responsible for budgeting and strategic planning for all organizational components of the Office.
