EPA researchers and their collaborators from the Department of Energy were awarded an "R&D100 Award" for 2010 from R&D Magazine for CANARY, software they developed to improve the security of drinking water systems.

EPA launched a new on-line tool for scientific collaboration and knowledge sharing. The Integrated Environmental Modeling Hub (iemHUB) provides environmental scientists a tool and virtual community for analyzing environmental problems and combining environmental models.
