that formalize and strengthen EPA's framework for federal oversight of
a class of pesticides produced and used in living plants; rules published
in the
Federal Register, Thursday, July 19, 2001. Also published
is a supplemental proposal soliciting additional public comment on other
aspects of EPA's program for this class of pesticides; 30-day comment
period.
