               A hosted reception to allow for informal interaction between EDSTAC members and
          interested members of the public will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the
          hotel.  All members of the public are welcome.
          
          7:00 p.m. Public Comment -- Members of the public will be given an opportunity to
          comment on any aspect of the convening of the EDSTAC.  The precise amount of
          time that will be given to each individual will depend on the number of people
          wishing to provide comment during this time period.

          Setting, Screening and Testing, and Communication and Outreach Work Groups 
          
          10:00 a.m.     Develop Agreements on the Description of the EDSTAC Charge and
          Communication and Outreach Strategy Developed by the C&O Work Group

          11:00 a.m.     Discuss and Agree Upon Overall Schedule for Completing the EDSTAC Charge,
