National Award for Smart Growth Achievement Winners

EPA's National Award for Smart Growth Achievement recognizes communities for using innovative policies and strategies to strengthen their economies, provide housing and transportation choices, develop in ways that benefit a wide range of residents, and protect the environment.

EPA Technical Assistance Projects

These videos tell the stories of some of the technical assistance projects EPA has done with communities through its Building Blocks for Sustainable Communities Program and Greening America's Capitals Program.

Partnership for Sustainable Communities Projects

EPA, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the U.S. Department of Transportation work together through the Partnership for Sustainable Communities to help communities improve access to affordable housing and transportation while protecting the environment. The Partnership website includes several videos about projects that have received funding or other assistance from the Partnership agencies.
