Announcer: Looking for ways to save money on gas and help the environment? The EPA wants to share some smart driving tips that could get you more miles per gallon of gas and reduce air pollution: tips like replacing your air filter regularly, making sure your tires are fully inflated, and, where possible, accelerate and break slowly. Be aware of your speed. Did you know that for every 5 miles you go over 65 miles-per-hour, it's like spending about 20 cents more per gallon of gas? If you’re shopping for a new car, look for the SmartWay certification mark to help you choose the cleanest, most efficient vehicle that meets your needs. If we each adopt just one of these tips, we would get more miles for our money and it would be a little easier to smell the flowers.
