MPG Range: All SmartWay Dray Fleets, All Fuel Types

Dray truck fleets comprise one of the many categories of truck operation that generate data that SmartWay profiles.  Dray operation is characterized by a predominance of urban short hauls originating at ports, rail heads, or transfer facilities.  This chart is based on 2011 Carrier Partner data, shows an MPG range generally between 4 and 8 MPG.  Each point on the graph represents an individual fleet’s performance.
