Kimberly Klunich-Todd, Policy Analyst with EPA’s Climate Change Division, discussed EPA’s policy regarding offsets.
Susan Wickwire, Chief, Energy Supply and Industry Branch in EPA’s Climate Protection Partnerships Division, discussed how Climate Leaders partners should approach using the offsets guidance developed for the program.
