| Company Description Eastman Kodak Company is the world's foremost imaging innovator, providing leading products and services to the photographic, graphic communications and healthcare markets. With sales of $14.3 billion in 2005, Kodak is committed to a digitally oriented growth strategy focused on helping people better use images and information in their life and work. For more than a decade, Kodak has made steady progress at significantly reducing its impact on the environment, including substantial investments in pollution prevention, waste recycling and reductions in emissions. In 2005, Kodak surpassed its second set of manufacturing focused voluntary HSE goals ahead of schedule. In alignment with the Company's transformation to a digital company, a new set of Responsible Growth goals were developed. The new goals reflect the Company's transition while addressing social responsibility, product responsibility and operational responsibility. Additionally, the company's Corporate Environmental Management System and its major manufacturing sites are certified under the ISO14001 international standard. For Kodak, "Responsible Growth" on a global scale means reducing our impact on the environment, protecting the safety of our employees and customers, and supporting the communities where we do business - while ensuring the sustained growth and profitability of the company. "At the heart of this commitment is a singular objective; continuous improvement in everything we do. Our progress reflects the innovation and commitment of Kodak people." — David Kiser, Ph.D. Vice President Eastman Kodak Company and Director Health, Safety and Environment. | |

As part of this initiative, in 2004, Kodak joined the California Climate Action Registry to voluntarily measure and report its worldwide GHG emissions on an annual basis. In 2005, Kodak obtained third-party data certification for all six GHGs identified by the Kyoto protocol for the years 2002, 2003 and 2004. | |
| Progress Towards Goal Completion Kodak's current Climate Leaders goal is to reduce GHG emissions by 10 percent by 2008. The Company's internal Responsible Growth goals commit the Company to an additional 10 percent reduction (for a total of 20 percent), from a 2002 baseline, by 2008. The Company is on track to meet this expanded goal. | |
