Superfund, TRI, EPCRA, RMP & Oil Information Center

Responds to questions on the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund); the Oil Pollution Prevention Program (SPCC/FRP); the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), which includes the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Program; and the Chemical Accident Prevention provisions of the Clean Air Act (CAA) called the Risk Management Program.
