Information Center
The Superfund, TRI, EPCRA, RMP & Oil Information Center is a publicly accessible service that provides up-to-date information on several Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) programs. The Information Center responds to factual questions on federal EPA regulations related to the following program areas:
- Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), including the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) program
- Risk Management Program regulations under the Clean Air Act (CAA)
- Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund)
- Oil pollution prevention regulations, including Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan and Facility Response Plan (FRP) regulations, under the Clean Water Act (CWA) and the Oil Pollution Act (OPA).
