Mine-Scarred Lands Initiative Tool Kit: Developing a Revitalization Plan

Many of the MSL Initiative communities found that determining reuse goals was a challenging task as there were wide ranging ideas within their communities. They found that the likelihood of project success increased when they took the time to ensure the community was on board and when they developed a clear plan of project activities.
