New Final NPL Sites

The Superfund (About Superfund) program added nine sites to the NPL in a rulemaking published in the December 12, 2013 Federal Register. A total of 1,321 uncontrolled hazardous waste sites are listed (Final National Priorities List (NPL) Sites) on the NPL as of this rulemaking.

In addition to adding sites to the NPL, the December 12, 2013 final rule includes a name change of the B.F. Goodrich site in Rialto, California, to Rockets, Fireworks, and Flares (RFF). See December 12, 2013 Federal Register notice for more details.
