New Final NPL Sites
The Superfund (About Superfund) program added nine sites to the NPL in a rulemaking published in the April 9, 2009 Federal Register. A total of 1,264 uncontrolled hazardous waste sites are listed (Final National Priorities List (NPL) Sites) on the NPL as of this rulemaking.
