This information is being provided as referenced in the “Solid Waste Management Assistance Grants — Support for Tribal Response Programs Focused on Brownfields Redevelopment” solicitation (EPA-OSWER-OBCR-07-05).
Since the Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act, the “Brownfields Law,” was enacted on January 11, 2002, 55 tribes have received CERCLA 128(a) funding. These tribes include:
