• How To Identify An Ineligible Underground Storage Tank:
  The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Tank Management Branch will attach a red tamper resistant tag to the fill pipe of ineligible tanks. The tag states in bold-faced type "PETROLEUM DELIVERY PROHIBITED".
