How To Identify An Ineligible Underground Storage Tank:
The application of a red tag identifies an ineligible underground storage tank. Deliveries to these tanks are prohibited. Ineligible tanks can also be subject to delivery bans and cease use actions. Registration of tanks is required to receive deliveries. The certificate of registration should be prominently displayed at the facility.
