Guam has not yet been granted state program approval (SPA). In Region 9, Nevada and Hawai'i have approved programs.

Number of confirmed releases	136 (national total: 474,127)
Number of cleanups completed	112 (national total: 365,361)
Number of cleanups in backlog to be completed	24 (national total: 108,766)

Percent of facilities in significant operational compliance with:
	Release prevention requirements	59%
	Release detection requirements	82%
	Both prevention and release detection requirements	65%
