Oregon has not yet been granted state program approval (SPA). Washington is the only state in Region 10 that has an approved program.

Percent of facilities in significant operational compliance with:

	Release prevention requirements	93%
	Release detection requirements	88%
	Both prevention and release detection requirements	84%
