Tribal Infrastructure Memoranda of Understanding
EPA – along with four other federal agencies including the Department of Interior, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Agriculture, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development – have signed two tribal infrastructure Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs). These MOUs affirm our commitment to improving infrastructure on tribal lands and providing tribes with access to safe drinking water. It is the first time five federal agencies have agreed to work across traditional program boundaries on tribal infrastructure issues.
