EPA/State TRI Exchange Network Program Information
The TRI program has been working with the States to increase participation in a State/EPA Exchange Network program. This program is allowing facilities to submit TRI information to both EPA and the States simultaneously through the Central Data Exchange (CDX) using the capabilities of the National Environmental Information Exchange Network. The Exchange Network helps EPA, states, tribes, territories, and regulated facilities exchange environmental information more efficiently and will streamline the data acceptance and processing of TRI data to both the EPA and the states .

A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is required for State participation in the Data Exchange Network program. Information concerning the MOA may also be found on the Exchange Network Website. The FEDEX/USPS mailing address for delivery of the MOA to EPA is:
