I'm getting an "access denied" error when I click on the link to my report in the email I get from the Data Mart. How can I see my report?
If you are running Internet Explorer (IE) version 6 or 7, the files will properly display if you make the following change to your options:
- From IE, select the menu pick "Tools / Internet Options"
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click the "Custom Level" button.
- Scroll down to the "Miscellaneous" section.
- Under "Access data sources across domains", select the "Prompt" checkbox.
- Click OK until you exit the security dialogue.
- Restart IE.
If you are within the EPA firewall, change the "https" at the beggining of the URL in your browser to just "http".
I submitted a long-running query by mistake. How can I cancel it?
Send an email with the Transaction ID and a request to cancel to the AQS Data Mart staff (email@example.com).
How do I request an enhancement or report a problem to the AQS Data Mart Staff?

How do I keep up with activities on the AQS Data Mart?
EPA has established a list server for the AQS Data Mart community. If you use the Data Mart, we suggest you subscribe to this list. We will send out notifications of system enhancements, down times, etc. It can also be used to raise questions to other users about the system or the air quality data you’re analyzing. Subscribe by sending a blank email message to email@example.com.
