Awarded Project Plans
As of the submission deadline (4PM EDT on April 17, 2007), 60 eligible applications were received. Grants were evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria stated in the RFP. The final rank order and proposed award recommendations were presented to, and approved by, key OAQPS management on August 2, 2007. Of the 60 eligible proposals, sufficient funds were available for 17 projects (grants awarded during Fiscal Year 2008).
