MESSAGE: NOTICE OF STAKEHOLDER TELECONFERENCE
WHEN: Thursday, December 6, 2001
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
CALL-IN NUMBER: (919) 541-4486
We are convening a conference call to tell you about several changes that have been made to the draft metal furniture proposal since the April 12, 2001 stakeholder meeting at EPA in RTP. The draft proposal package has recently been approved by OMB and is presently being reviewed by other EPA offices. We anticipate that the rule could be signed in December and would appear in the Federal Register approximately two weeks after signature. The enclosed table contains information on each of the 6 facilities we used in the development of the revised emission limits for new and existing sources.
The surface coating of metal furniture stakeholder teleconference is scheduled to start at 1:00 p.m. EST, and end at 2:00 p.m. It is anticipated that the meeting will be one hour in length. The first 15 minutes will be a presentation by EPA and the remaining time will be available for questions and answers.
Thank you once again for your support and willingness to participate in this project. If you have any questions, please contact me at the above address or phone numbers.
